You can eliminate the damage – don’t let them be part of the sprawling crime scene.
You can imagine these photos as evidence of a crime scene. When you try to get to their destination, you’re going to hit some innocent payloads, and they started out with conditions and requirements.
There are hidden misdeeds that are damaged goods. We can see them like a dirty little secret. They admit it is difficult, and they often appear to be swept under the carpet or treated as an occasional nuisance.
But we know that if it’s damaged goods, it’s not just a nuisance. Supply chains are also severely depleted. After the grocery manufacturers association (GMA) and the food marketing institute (FMI) the calculation of loss not for packaging design and performance, they are also difficult to cause so big loss, in food, beverage and consumer goods industries, we can see that probably about 2 billion dollars a year.
In fact, the number is huge.
Under reasonable conditions, most goods can reach their destination today. But if we look at it from a stretch point of view, the risk of failure or damage on the way is increasing, and at an alarming rate.
There are two reasons for this.
We all know that most of the load is bad, or that there is a situation where you are not being stretched. However, it is surprising that the basic stretch packaging principle is not considered, and how much load can be covered if used or improperly stretched packaging techniques. In many cases, the cause of high (and unacceptable) risk of failure is being loaded in the production process.
Also, it is becoming more and more difficult to pack correctly for load. The redesign of the main packaging is what designers are doing and their material content has been reduced, which is why they become eco-friendly products.
